Theatre Arlington Challenges Hate

Theatre Arlington is Preparing to Open The Laramie Project
Most people do not want to be reminded that hurt and hate still exist in this world. There are those who no longer watch the news because the stories are too sad.  They prefer to lose themselves in weekly sitcoms and ignore any potentially upsetting news until something in their own life snaps them out of it. Theatre Arlington is challenging that mindset with their upcoming production of The Laramie Project. They know hate and hurt will not have a chance of ending unless people come together to do something about it. Sometimes, that something can be as simple as uniting voices.

Stage West 2012 Theatre Conservatory

Stage West Theatre will produce a summer conservatory aimed at 13-18 year olds interested in exploring a career in the theatre/entertainment industry.  The two week program will run from July 9-20, 9am-4pm at Stage West’s 821-823 W.
